**By accepting any work from me, you accept the terms of use here released:

THE CLIENT: -can use their artwork for commercial purpose ONLY if specified since the beginning (this might cause a price change); -can make edits on the artwork ONLY if allowed by the Artist; -can post the artwork only if you can credit the Artist, by tagging them and/or leaving a link of their social media; -may print your artwork for personal use.

THE ARTIST: -retains all rights over their work; -will lock slots only after Client’s payment;**

**-can make the artwork during live streamings ONLY if allowed by the Client; -has the rights to post their own artwork on social media, but won’t do that if expressly requested by the Client; -agrees not to use their own artwork for commercial use, unless the Client allows it. -reserves the choice to refuse to draw a commission for any reason, especially NSFW stuff.

PAYMENT:

• Both Paypal payments or payments through bank account are accepted.
• The Artist will start working on the commission only after the payment. If the amount of the payment is over 100 EUR, price may be divided into two (or multiple) parts. Each part will always be paid before doing a specific phase (draft/lineart/colour) in order to complete the artwork.
• The Artist won't do refunds (except in case of personal reasons that prevent the Artist from completing the artwork). -The Client can ask for 3 free edits. After 3 edits, it’s required to pay an additional fee of 10 euros.**

👬QUEUE:

‼️ If you haven’t been accepted, you can still join the queue. Ask for being added in case you’re still interested.

Once you’re in the queue, you will be re-contacted before next batch opening.

You have the possibility to lock your slot only by paying the amount in advance.

REMEMBER: It’s likely you’ll loose your priority if you don’t answer your call in the waiting queue. The invoice sent will last 2 days, then it will be discarded.

❗️You cannot ask for another slot or joining the waiting queue while I’m already working for you. I’d rather give an opportunity to everybody.
